Lower Russian exports?

Oil exports from Russia in 2014 will fall by 4-4,5 perc.- forecasts Russian energy minister Aleksandr Novak. Such declarations are described by OilNews.com.ua

In an interview with Die Welt, he points out that Russia plans to reduce export and transit of oil to countries outside the CIS in the last months of 2014 - compared to the third quarter of this year by 6.2 percent. 

According to the forecast of the Minister, the international price of oil will remain at about 100 USD per barrel by the end of 2014, and the current price levels is not considered to be a problem.
