Libya expects payments
National Oil Corporation (NOC) - Libyan national oil industry regulatory agency requests payment of approximately $ 6 billion for oil.
Such payment is expected mainly from the companies like Conoco, Vitol and Eni.
Libya calls for late payments because is trying to repair the oil industry paralyzed by war. The payments were halted when the international sanctions on Libya were imposed.
